All listings include the following services:

(1) A Personal consultation where we review comparable properties that are on market and that have recently sold to determine a reasonable listing price to sell your home in the least amount of time at the greatest profit for you.

(2) A Photographic session to provide the best possible photos for display on the internet.

(3) 24 / 7  advertisements on the Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, Craig's List and other internet sites.

(4) Frequent reports on market activity in your subdivision that may affect the sale of your home.

(5) Frequent strategy conversations to discuss marketing plans.

(6) Secured lockbox access for your home access keys.

(7) Periodic Open Houses to ensure that your home is being seen in the marketplace.

(8) My personal guarantee that I will do my very best to sell your home as fast as possible and at the best price and terms obtainable.

Over $1,000,000 Flat 1.25% listing fee $30000 and UP!

 

Selling Agent Fees: To pay the selling agent you can select any amount although typically selling agents receive 2 - 3.5% commission.
