I have been successfully buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial real estate in Arizona for over 6 years. In these 6 years I have probably seen it all and done it all. I am personally involved in foreclosure properties. Foreclosure properties offer an investor or home owner an exceptionally good deal. Many foreclosures are offered at a 20%, 30% or more than 40% discount to comparable homes in the same area.
